Complete the Form
Provide the message exactly as you would like it displayed and select the requested home game.
Submit for Approval
Email the completed form to admin@hpsportsclub.org. HPSC and HPISD review all messages before approval.
Payment After Approval
Once your message is approved, HPSC will provide payment information and confirm the submission.
MESSAGE GUIDELINES
What Is Appropriate
- Family-friendly messages suitable for a school-sponsored athletic event.
- Birthdays, congratulations, milestones and positive recognition.
- Messages that comply with Highland Park Sports Club and HPISD standards.
What Is Not Accepted
- Commercial advertising.
- Political messages.
- Inappropriate or offensive content.
- Messages that conflict with HPISD policies.
DO NOT WAIT UNTIL GAME DAY.
All information must be received by:
prior to the selected regular-season home game. Messages submitted after the deadline may be moved to the next available home game.
Because video-board inventory is limited, placement and timing during the game cannot be guaranteed.
