HPSC continues to raise money for immediate, approved needs throughout HPISD athletics. The Endowment extends that mission by building permanent capital for future generations.

Annual fundraising and permanent endowment capital serve different but complementary purposes.
Meeting Today's Needs
Memberships, sponsorships, the All Sports Classic golf tournament, Scots Illustrated, Scot Shop and other fundraising help HPSC respond to current athletic priorities.
These resources help address approved equipment, facilities, technology, scholarships, coach development and program needs.
Building Tomorrow's Capacity
Endowment contributions build long-term capital dedicated to HPSC purposes and the support of HPISD athletics.
Subject to the governing agreement, the Endowment can become an additional source of support across future years and generations.
The Endowment does not replace HPSC's annual fundraising. It creates another financial resource alongside the work HPSC continues to perform every year.

HPSC'S ATHLETICS MISSION. HPEF'S FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP.
Established through the Highland Park Education Foundation in 2026, the Athletics Legacy Endowment combines the mission and community relationships of HPSC with HPEF's financial oversight, administration and investment management.
HPSC
Provides the athletics mission, community leadership and input on the allocation of resources consistent with Endowment purposes.
HPEF
Provides investment management, financial administration and oversight under the applicable Endowment agreement and policies.
HPISD Athletics
The programs, student-athletes, coaches and facilities the Endowment ultimately exists to support.
Endowment funds remain dedicated to HPSC purposes and the support of HPISD athletics. HPSC's role in determining allocations and HPEF's administration of those distributions are governed by the Endowment agreement.

No. Annual fundraising remains important for current athletic needs. The Endowment provides a complementary long-term source of financial support.
Is the Endowment dedicated to Highland Park athletics?
Yes. Endowment resources are dedicated to HPSC purposes and the support of HPISD athletics, consistent with the governing agreement.
Who manages the money?
The Highland Park Education Foundation provides financial oversight, administration and investment management.
Does reaching the campaign goal mean the entire amount becomes immediately spendable?
No. Endowment capital and amounts available for distribution are different. Distributions depend on the governing agreement and applicable policies.
Can I make a multi-year gift?
Yes. The campaign includes a three-year commitment option covering 2026 through 2028. Contact HPSC to discuss arrangements.
Can I discuss a larger gift or another giving method?
Yes. Contact HPSC at admin@hpsportsclub.org. HPSC can coordinate with the Highland Park Education Foundation as appropriate.
